Eating Right and Exercising to Stay Healthy Different people have different ways to stay healthy. Some people like jogging, push-ups or cycling because these exercises are good for increasing your stamina. Other people like to stay healthy by eating protein shakes, fruits like banana or apple, and carrot. In order to stay healthy and enjoy my life, I like to exercise and eat right. For example, I like to play football/soccer, swimming and sit-ups. The reason I like to play football is because it is actually my hobby since I was a kid. My dad always watched football matches and bought me football shirts. I like to swim because I believe it can recover my lungs from the pollution. To be honest, I don’t have an exact reason why I like to do sit-ups, it’s just a habit that I’ve built since I was a kid.
